Our Terms & Conditions
1: Once you have confirmation of your dates we will send you the details to make a bank transfer of a 20%
non-refundable deposit.
2: The balance is due 8 weeks prior to your holiday arrival date - if you are booking at short notice we will
require the balance of your holiday to be paid in full at the time of booking.
Please note we currently have no facilities to accept cards so payment is by bank transfer only. You are
able to do this if you bank online or you can send a cheque to your bank together with a paying in slip and
our bank details. We will supply you with all the neccessary information and any help required to do this
upon confirmation of your preferred holiday dates.
3: Provisional bookings will be held for a maximum period of 7 days. Unless confirmation and deposit is
received within this period, the booking will be cancelled.
4: Non-payment of the balance (8 weeks prior to your holiday) shall be considered as a cancellation.
5: In the unfortunate event of you having to cancel your holiday for whatever reason, please note that we
are unable to make any refund and therefore, strongly advise the provision of insurance to cover any losses
incurred by yourselves.
6: Tipi Algarve can accept no liability for your possessions or personal injuries sustained during your stay
and you accept full responsibility for your children at all times. Again we strongly advise the provision of
insurance to cover any losses/injuries incurred by yourselves.
